While women comprise over 30% of China's tech workforce, they hold less than 10% of mid-to-senior leadership roles. There is a pressing need for genuine career navigation, high-level connections, and systemic support.

In critical fields like AI and carbon neutrality, women's perspectives and leadership are poised to become crucial drivers of innovative breakthroughs. We are also inspired by the outstanding women emerging across all sectors, where the power of "female narratives" is gaining increasing recognition and support.

“Women in Tech" is an initiative launched by PioneerLab together with pioneering women in technology. It is more than just a community focused on "growth"—it is a shared vision for the future of women in tech.
